We have a maximum of $5,000 available in the program for the 2010-2011 school year. The program will provide grants of up to $250 to individual K-12 teachers in Lowndes, Valdosta, and the independent school systems in our community. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance learning in our schools. We are looking for creativity, potential to enhance learning, and efficient use of funds.
Applications are due by August 25th and all money will be awarded by October 5th.
